Theomar Milford is and Associate Engineer with PEPCO Energy Services. Theo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC in 2007. He graduated with his Master of Science degree in Environmental and Energy Management from GW in 2012.
