Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy received his Bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame and his Master of Arts degree in Science and Technology Policy from GW, were he graduated in 2000. Patrick then graduated with an EMSE Ph.D. by developing a new method for determining the cost of reliable electricity, considering grid unreliability, focusing especially on the situation in Uganda. He is currently the Director of Public Sector Engagement at PARC.
