E&EM Graduate Junsik Yoon Accepts Position as Water Research Analyst at the Ecofrontier Company

Recent graduate Junsik Yoon has accepted an appointment to a new position as a Research Analyst in the Water Division at the Ecofrontier Company in Korea. Junsik is a 2004 gradate of the Environmental and Energy Management program where he obtained his masters degree. At Ecofrontier, Jun is working on Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Costing, and Value Engineering in the water medium. In addition, the company is preparing carbon dioxide trading processes in order to assist companies in complying with the Kyoto Protocol. In addition, Junsik reports that he is involved in preparing Sustainability Report as well as reports on Socially Responsible Investment (SRI). In performing the SRI studies, they are working with Innovest. Because the Ecofrontier reports to Innovest affect the companies' stock prices, Junsik says that their reports make Korean companies more Eco-friendly and sustainable.
