Ira Payosova Appears on Voice of America Television. EMSE doctoral student Iryna Payosova was interviewed on Voice of America Television about the potential environmental impacts of two proposed large Chinese developments in the Crimea region of Ukraine. Iryna is the Graduate Assistant for the Environmental and Energy Management program in EMSE.
