Mark Kowaleski

Mark Kowaleski is pursuing his Doctor of Science degree in Environmental and Energy Management at GW. He has worked for NASA since 1990 and currently is the Associate Director for Systematic Measurements in the Office of Earth Science at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Mark received his B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Scranton in 1990 and a M.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in 1998.
