Dr. Vlad Kochura

Dr. Vlad Kochura was a Visiting Scholar at GW. Vlad hails from Ukraine, where he is a member of the academic faculty at the Donetsk State Technical University. Vlad received his Ph.D. degree from Donetsk State in 1992.
