Koray Kotan

Koray Kotan is a Managing Director of Ko-Tech management consulting firm. He received Associates
degree in Marketing from Marmara University in 1987 and his Bachelors in Int’l Business from Strayer
University in 2002. H grasdduard gtom GW with an MBA, along with a graduate certificate in
Environmental Systems Management, in 2023. Koray also was a two-term U.S Department of Commerce
appointee, leading renewable energy and agribusiness committees and graduated from Georgetown
University’s Nonprofit Management, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of
Management’s Business Process Design for Strategic Management Executive Programs.
