Nilay Manzagol

Nilay Manzagol presently is working on her PhD degree in Environmental and Energy Management at GW. Previously she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Mamara University in Turkey in 1997 and graduate degrees from the Georgia State University in 2013. Presently, Nilay is working as an economist at the US Department of Energy.
