Dr. Daisy Ligon

Dr. Daisy Ligon completed her doctoral research in 2001 under sponsorship of the Transportation Environmental Research Program of the Federal Highway Administration. Daisy is a Lead Engineer with the Mitretek Corporation in Northern Virginia. In her job at Mitretek, Daisy directs a team of technical and nontechnical specialists in the preparation of environmental impact statements and the performance of regulatory analysis in the environmental arena.
