Bill Ostrum

Bill Ostrum received his undergraduate degree in Government from the College of William and Mary in 2004. Bill recently left his position as a STEP Program Assistant at the National Science Foundation to accept a new position as and Environmental Assessment Analyst at the US Federal Highway Administration. He received his Master of Arts degree in Environmental Resource Policy from GW in 2013.
